Add a new translation glossary

Step 1: Create translation data in CSV format as in the form below.

Step 2: Enter the Glossaries section

Step 3: Choose Add, then you need to fill in all categories in the pop-up memory box, including:

Name: Name the glossary you are gonna create.
Source language: Choose the source language in the drop-down box.
Target Language: Choose the target language in the drop-down box.

If you want to add more than 1 target language, you can click the black Plus button on the right of Target languages to choose the 2nd, or 3rd... target language for the glossary.

Step 4: After filling all categories, click Create button, and you will see a glossaries table appear on your screen.

Step 5: Select Choose file in created folder and import CSV file data in step 1. 

Then you will see Submit button show up on top of the table, click Submit to finish adding the new glossary.

The results will show up in the image below:

ERROR NOTE:
If you can not import the file to Lokally, please check out cases of invalid data below and review your file:

  1. Data is saved in the wrong file formats. The Translation Glossary section receives only CSV format, other file formats are not allowed.
  2. Source/Target language names are not written in abbreviation form in the CSV file.
  3. Lack of either source language or target language.
  4. The Source language in CSV files is not identical to the source language in the glossary section.
